Is anyone else using this web site to track your diet? I just started. It is actually very interesting, although you have to input a lot of the foods you normally eat. (Just once, and it saves them for you.) The database doesn't seem very extensive. I'm just using it for protein, carbs and fat, not for the vitamins. I figure I'm ok on that, with all of the giant vitamins I'm taking every day. (B-12 is so tiny that I don't count it!)
