I had an RNY on 12/23 and I am having the same problem. My physician did not give me a binder. I bought 2 pairs of lycra biking shorts that are very snug in fit. I sleep in on pair and one pair I wear during the day. They hold me in and appear to keep my insides from migrating all around. They are also great for walking and excercise, as they keep my belly from bouncing and wiggling my incisions. Cheri

I'am tired of sleeping on my back also! If this keeps up, I'll have a bald spot in the back of my head!!! I tried sleeping on my side last night and it felt so uncomfortable. I may try to put a pillow under my stomach to support my stomach. I didn't think to try that before.
