My surgery is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 30th. I can't think of a better way to start the New Year! I am at peace with my decision and am so excited to start the new phase of my life. Happy New Year to all!

Wishing you all the best of luck. I felt the same way you did with being at peace and excited over WLS. I had mine on 12/09 and don't regret it at all. I have lost 30lbs as of 12/23. Donna

Hi Donna, Thanks for writing! Glad to hear how well you're doing on your WL.. 30 lbs already...way to go! Today I drink the yummy stuff at 1:00 p.m. to clean me out... that can't be much worse that going on liquid for 10 days.. that's something I wasn't sure if I could do.. but one day at a time.. and I only have today... BEST OF LUCK!! I AM 3 WEEKS POST-OP ON MONDAY AND I HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 40LBS AS OF THIS PAST TUESDAY. 22.5 PRIOR TO SURGERY ON LIQUID DIET. I HOPE YOU HAVE AS GOOD OF A RESULT. HAPPY NEW YEAR! CHER
