WLS 12/13/04

All is good... I dont know how much i have lost, i weighed 305 at the hospital. I am feeling better each day. I feel healthier! I am able to move around easier when I sleep. My face is cleared up. It normally breaks out and then add stress of surgery and my cycle coming to visit at the end of the month and you got a chemical pizza face lol. My husband and my 6 year old son have been a great help. My husband went back to work today so I have to entertain my self today lol. What is the reason for the dr. telling me I cant drive till my first Dr. appt.?????? ok well I got a list of things to do around the house. Thanks 4 your time, Nova

OPPPSSSSSSS SURGERY WAS 12/23/04 NOT 12/13/04

Dear Nova, I'm not sure why your doctor told you no driving until your first follow-up. When is your first follow-up? I had surgery 12-14 and was told I could drive when I no longer needed the darvocet....that was 5 days post-op. Did you have a lap procedure? No I had Lap done. Well I drove yeasterday and did well lol! And I am on my way to the gym to do a 10-15 min walk and to see what i weigh. Thanks for posting! Nova
