I'M HOME!

It's been 9 days since my surgery and I'm doing well! I thank My Dear Lord Jesus for helping me through this. It went much better than I thought it would. Each day I'm getting stronger. I'm on Full Liquids now until 12/28. That's much better than the Clear Liquid Phase. I hated that! I'm not hungry. I can only eat about 1/4 cup at a time, so you need to eat more often. My stomach area still feels like a truck rolled over me, but the pain is barable. I only take pain medicine at night. I'm already off my high blood pressure pills and my high chloresteryal pills! I gained 20 lbs. from the IV's in the hospital, but since then I have lost that 20 lbs. and an extra 10 lbs. to boot! That's just in 9 days! I walk every day and am trying really hard to do what I'm suppose to do.
