I'm home 3 days post op

Just wanted to thank everyone for your prayers and special thoughts while I was in the hospital. My surgery went well I had a few minor complications. I had an allergic reaction to the morphine and my face swelled up real bad and was red and burned alot. My body itched all over. I started running a low grade fever which scared me to death. Turned out to be nothing at all. They had to take my IV out early because of complications with the vein however I've been drinking my protein and water successfully. I have to say this surgery was not as painful as I thought it would be. I really haven't had the first bad pain at all. The worst thing for me was when they took out the drain and it's over in a few seconds. It was really not a bad pain just a really weird feeling and lots of pressure. I'm very happy with my outcome and I'm already down 23 lbs since 2 weeks pre op. Thanks again to everyone and best of luck.
