Fed Emp. BCBS & plastics

Have own comprehensive health coverage, but paying for BCBS under spouse since it covers WLS (date 12/15/04). Will need plastics (morbidly obese since age 3). Does anyone know if Fed BCBS pays for abdominoplasty or other surgeries to remove excess skin? If not, I'd like to drop the extra insurance premium post-op.
