Important about pre-op diet
Whatever you do, don't skip any of your protein! I had problems even wanting them on Thursday and Friday, and it put me into a tailspin! I wasn't hungry, so didn't use them. It seemed I gained back all the weight I'd lost the previous days. Yesterday I was definitely back on track, and am another pound lower. And don't forget the water! I thought the weekend would be really tough, but it hasn't been. 8 more days to go!
