Ok as I posted on 12/7, my original surgery date was Dec 14 and it was postponed until January. Well I started reading up on my 2005 insurance booklet and I discovered that my insurance will not cover ANY OUT OF NETWORK WLS in '05. I hope UHC will go ahead and pay for me to have the surgery at the Barix Clinic in January since I was actually approved in 2004. But they might tell me I have to go to a network facility and I will have to go through the approval process all over again. I hope and pray everything works out. I will be calling UHC next week trying to get some answers.

I WOULD BE ON THE PHONE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND GET IT TAKEN CARE OF SO YOU KNOW THE ANSWER!! MAYBE YOUR DR WOULD DO THE SURGARY THE 29 OR 30 OF DECEMBER SO THAT YOU GET IT IN THE END OF THE YEAR.
