4 MORE DAYS DEC.10TH

Mine's on Monday (the 13th). You have a really short liquid fast! My surgeon puts everyone on a two week low cal (400) high protein liquid diet. I haven't eaten anything since 11/29/04. I thought everyone had to do that! It has been tough. Good luck on the 10th!

Valerie Thank goodness mine will be only 2 days, this one is killing me. It's not that I want a lot of food just something to chew on..ya know.. But i need to get used to it and I think after surgery I will be fine ,it's just the thought of knowing I still can now I guess. But I WILL SURVIVE!!!!! GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!!! Kathy

I have surgery at 10am on the 10th as well. Good luck to all. I started my full liquids Monday (well I was supposed to start Monday, but my last Dr. appointment was Monday after lunch, so I ate lunch then went to the Doc for him to tell me to start my full liquids that day) for 3 days and then do my clear liquids for 2 days. I actually had to do my full liquids for Tuesday and my clear liquids for Wednesday and Thursday. I ate a little something last night though. I probably shouldnt had, but I pray that all will be ok. I am under control now. Everything will work out for the best. I believe in my higher power.
