My date is Dec. 9

I sit here tonight after the whirlwind testing done on my behalf. Awaiting the day........ a week from Thursday. I'm excited, nervous, anxious, dreadful, hopeful, ........ you name it .......I'm it. I pondered this for two years. Thank goodness I decided to go forward. Blind....with the exception of my daughter, who had the surgery in 2002. Would love to hear from anyone about their experience.

I can share your feelings of excited and a little scared but I think I'm more excited then anything. I have been fighting this since June 2003 and I'm looking forward to feeling and looking normal some day. Donna
