I am sooo happy that I have a chance to start over as a smaller me again. After the pain goes away, then I will be good to go. I know this is something that needs to be done cause I have four children and the best husband in the world and I want to be around for a long time. Do any one have any suggestions on the best multivitamines to take? And what about protine shakes or powders from GMC ?

I'm having surgery on 12/2 also! Time is going by pretty fast now. I think that I am ready! I posted a list of all the things that I bought to get ready...you can find it a few posts down. As far as protein goes, I got both the chocolate and unflavored protein powders from www.unjury.com. They are really good, mix well and tastes yummy. I also bought a bunch of the zero carb Isopure drinks from GNC. They are clear liquids in 20oz bottles, taste like unsweetened Kool-Aid and have 40 grams of protein in each one! I tested them all and liked them all except the apple-melon one...it was too sweet for me. As far as a vitamin goes, my Dr. suggested chewable adult centrum until my tummy heals then he prescribes a pre-natal vitamin. Best of luck to you! Pam
