December 2nd is fast approaching

Congragulations and Blessings to all I hope everyone has a complication free surgery and speedy recovery. I am still very nervous, but hanging in there. Please pray for me because my protein level is too low and I have to get it up by November 30 or my surgery will be cancelled. I have also been having bad dizzy spells for a few days but I blame that in my bipap mask being too tight and my stress level and blood sugar is through the roof. Love and Hugs Michelle in OKC

Hi Michelle, Congratulations on your confirmed surgery date! If you can...try to make a trip to Walmart and check out their protein products in the diet section of their pharmacy area. I was told to go on a low fat, low carb, high protein diet before my own surgery (on the 7th) and I stocked up on the "Advant-Edge" protein drinks. They come in a few different flavors and really taste pretty good. Have you told your doctor about your dizzy spells? I, myself like you are a bit nervous....but i think we can make it. try to not get to anxious so that your sugar won't be too high try to relax don'tget stressed. i will be thinking of you Katherine
