I've got a date too :)

My date is December 28th. Im going to have a tubal ligation done at the same time so the date might change by a day or two depending on the OB-GYN (when he's available). I got approved without even knowing my paperwork had been submitted! I have to say - ever since I decided to have this surgery, everything has just flowed along like it was meant to be.
