Surgery scheduled tentivly for 12/01/2004

Well I got the call this morning (11/08/04), and I have been approved for the surgery. I have screamed, cried, and called almost everyone I know. I have contacted work and started the process of scheduling someone to work for me and have gotten all the pre-op work scheduled as well. I was one of the lucky one's in that I was approved rather quickly although I have heard that the insurance company will stop covering the surgery after the first of the year. Renea
