I can't believe I have a date for surgery! It seems effortless compared to some of the journals I've read--I look forward to sharing the journey with my December-ites!! Happy Holidays to us all!!

Congratulations on your date! Mine is also December 13th. My journey was not that easy, but who cares now! The most important thing is that in 6 1/2 weeks, our lives will be forever changed for the better and we can begin living again. I'm but an e-mail away if you ever want to share! - Jacque

That makes at least three of us. Are you counting down the days? My journey seemed effortless when I look back on it. But never ther less it was a lonf journey. I first decided to have the surgery back in February and my date is 12/13. It's neat to think that at least three of us will be having the same surgery on the same day. Merry Christmas to all of us! Let's all hear it for 12/13!! I am waiting with very mixed feelings, but I am trying to stay optimistic. My WL journey has been about 18 mos, but by my own choosing. I had everything ready last spring, but waited. I wanted to make sure this was the right thing for me. It is, and I am ready for the 13th to roll around. We'll be on the losing side together! Hugs, Linda
