I was contacted by Dr Shina's office today and we set up my surgery date for Dec.6, 2004. 8 weeks away !!! I am so happy

Congratulations!!!!! I also have the same date for my surgery. For some reason, I am not really nervous yet. Hope that feeling stays with me. Best of luck on your journey.

Lap Band on 12/02/04

Hi Shirlene!

Good luck to you on 12/8! I go for lap band surgery on 12/2 so I know what you mean. I'm more anxious about having everything ready...food, kids, recliner, lip balm...etc
