Can't wait!!!
I cut out coffee cold turkey and starting drinking water by the ton. I make sure I get around 65 oz each day of water. I also stopped drinking any form of carbonated drink (soda). I am eating many more basic foods like raw fruit and vegetables, whole wheat bread, cheese, and yogurt. Trying to get into the habit of many small meals. I started walking yesterday. Cutting sugar is something I need to do but haven't gotten to yet. I'm trying to make new lifestyle habits before doing that deed. Let me know how it goes.
OMG. I can't believe you quit coffee cold. It sounds like you are doing a great job at reducing everything before surgery. I would like some of your strength. I start with no sugar tomorrow and I will see how much of a headache I will have from withdrawls! Then in November I wanted to cut carbs and reduce the size of my meals. Keep up with the positive habits. , Trish
