New to this website!!!

I just joined this site and I think it is great. I have been wanting this surgery for so long and I finally have the opportunity to do it! I am nervous but I know that it is well worth it. I have been reading a few postings and I am sooo happy to hear that you guys are fightign th bulge and winning. I just hope and pray to god that I get as good of luck as you guys have gotten with the Band. I weigh 220 and I am 5'6. Last year i was weighing 268 and had lost 70lbs. I went down to 198 doing the Atkins. but i got a boyfriend and let my diet slip. Now I feel this surgery will aid me in keeping the weight off. I know I will have to work hard to do it and god knows i will. I hope that you guys will become my friends and i will be yours! Will post again later.
