My date: Debbie's Day - 12/7/04

I chose this date because: 1. My first and Last name start with "D" 2. It was either 12/7 or 11/25 (my birthday, no way!!!) 3. 7 is a lucky number for me!!! I'm a little nervous, but I am so-o-o-o ready for this!!!!

Yay!! My day is 12/7/04 as well. I just found out about it on 9/15. I'm very excited and a little bit nervous. I'll be quite busy these next several weeks just getting all the tests done that my primary care wants me to have before medically clearing me for the surgery. Lets support each other through the next few weeks leading up to the big day!!

Me too! I just got my date this morning. I could have done it on 11/30 but that was MY birthday! Now I'll get to enjoy 1 last Turkey day and one last birthday cake! The only surgery that I have had was a tonsilectomy when I was a little girl and I don't remember it. I'm pretty nervous and can hardly wait. Best of luck! Terri

My husband wanted to make all these plans for Thanksgiving and I said "no way!" I'm staying home and having grammas cornbread dressing one last time. LOL I had my Gallbladder out by the same surgeon who is doing my RNY and it went well, so I feel pretty good about having this done. I have to admit I get a bit nervous if I think about it too much. ~~Jaimee

Mine is on 12-7 as well, which is also my birthday. I chose it like this so it can be my re-birth. I will never forget my re-birthday as well as my birthday. Good luck. Michelle
