Is there anyone else out there that is at least two years post Op and falling alseep all the time? Or at least really really tired. I have days where everything is fine and otheres where I am falling asleeep at my desk and then again when driving to and from work.

I am looking for a good doctor to see if there is anything we can do. I am already on b12 injections and don't know what else to do.

Have you been tested for sleep apnea? It can happen to thin people too.

I was just about to ask had you been tested for sleep apnea as well before I saw the first reply. I work for a Pulmonary/Sleep Dr. currently, and that is one of the MAIN symptoms of sleep apnea is excessive daytime sleepiness, among many other things. If your falling asleep at the wheel, you need to get to a Dr soon. You not only are putting yourself at risk, but everyone else on the road.

Hope you can resolve this soon and feel better!

B12 should be every week for at least the first 6 weeks. But if not go see an Endocrinologist.
