Getting frustrated..
Well I'm going to be honest...
I have been in the 190.something range since Monday which was the last day of my period and I haven't lost anything.
I eat between 1200 and 1500 calories a day... there is no reason that I'm not losing! I mean I guess it's only been three days... but still! I never hit a plateu (i dont know how to spelle it) before... I mean before the big one where my weight loss stopped.
I guess I need to calm down.. and work out more... (I've kind of slacked on that)
I've NOT gained muscle... I'm sure thats not the problem.
Maybe I need to drink more water....

Ah Brooke you are doing great! If I wasn't pregnant Id totally do this with you. It helps when not alone. But Ill keep encouraging you!
Maybe increase water and cardio or change your food plan a bit. What about doing a no carb for a bit to get jump started?? and maybe no caffeine for a bit?? I know thats hard though. Just trying to give you some ideas. As soon as this baby is born Ill be right here with you!
