This Week ... so far
I went to the doctor on Wednesday and she reminded me... again... that I'm above a healthy weight. So my goal by my next visit... in March is to drop down to a healthy BMI. We'll see.
This week... well the last three days I guess.. has been ... okay. Tuesday I did well having just under 1500 calories and 71 grams of protein. I also spent about an hour at the gym alternating weights and cardio.
Wednesday... not so good... my calories were pretty high... I did still go to the gym though ... I did 30 minutes of cardio.. .but I forgot my headphones so I bored myself out.
Today I did good with food having about 1100 calories, but only about 40 grams of protein. I did my dance pad for about half an hour and according to it's calorie counter I burned 278 calories! Go me...
Something that was different about this week, for me, is that when I had a bad day on Wednesday that didn't cause me to throw off the rest of the week. I think normally I would have just said .. whatever.. and ate whatever I wanted for the rest of the week. Yeah ... bonus points for me.
