Hello All,
Thank you Loni and Cute & Sexy Donna for the responses I got on my previous post. I try to stay on track but it's so hard.
This question is for everybody. Has any of you try doing the 5 DPT?

I know someone that tried it and she lost 4 lbs. I don't know if I could do it because the first 2 days are all liquids.
What do you think about it?

I have been reading up on the 5 DPT and it sounds like a good way to get back on track but I haven't tried it yet. I started one monday morning and did fine on all liquids but was invited to lunch with friends and blowed it. I believe two days on liquids would not be too bad with protein drinks!
