Yes, Happy Anniversary to everyone in December. Hope this finds you happy and healthy. I had my surgery on december 20,2004 and have lost 200 pounds and have stayed steady at 154 for 6 months. No loses or gains. I feel great and I am happy with my life style change. Good luck to everyone and Merry christmas.

Happy anniversary guys!! I am excited to be hitting 3 years on the 22... Isn't it so amazing that we have come this far!! I am so excited that even though I am on my 2nd pregnancy in the last 2 years lol.. that I still look good! I still have no stretch marks or anything, you can look at my pics I added some belly shots.. What a blessing this surgery has been for me!
