Colon Cleansing UGGG

Hey eveyone LONG time no post! I was wondering what any of you have heard about or personal experiences with colon cleansing?? My hubby is on this kick and had "great" results so I was thinking about trying it? I can't seem to find any info on whether it would be safe for us to do or not? Any input?? Hi Glori I have bought the "First Cleanse" product from GNC, but haven't tried it yet. I've heard from others that it is a good way to kick-start the weight loss. I'm still struggling with my last 24 pounds, so I will likely try a cleanse right after the holidays. I'm sticking to my routines and don't plan any indulgences over the holiday season. My only treat will be some alcohol with Christmas dinner or at my Christmas parties. Otherwise, I'm working hard on those last 24 pounds. I plan on making 2007 my year to reach goal. I'm treating myself to laser eye surgery on December 23rd. Since I'm not ready for plastics, I thought the eye surgery would be a nice fit with my ongoing extreme personal makeover. It is the BEST feeling in the world finally seeing that scale say what you've always wanted it too!! I did the whole braces, quitting smoking thing for my transformation, it's neat looking back on all the pictures!! Good luck with the surgery and all! I will join you in the toast for the holidays!
