hi everyone
Hi December Crew,
So nice to see that everyone is here and doing so well, and looking FABULOUS!
I had a very busy summer and didnt check in as often as I should have and it shows on the scales. I have gained a few pounds back too.Just coming back here has encouraged me to get back to what I should be doing! I go to my plastic surgeon this tuesday to begin the procedure of having a panniculectomy. I am a little nervous but excited.I think the surgery will put me at my goal weight. Anyone else had a panniculectomy that can offer me any pre-op advice? Take care and everyone have a great week. Melinda
Hi Melinda,
Your so cute
What I'm finding out with WLS is that we will bounce up and down with a few pounds. I stopped beating myself up over those few pounds and I'm enjoying life. I STOPPED getting on the scale. ENOUGH IT ENOUGH!!
My Vit. D is down and I'm taking 50,000 units once a week plus I started drinking milk. My eating is not that healthy but I eat when I'm hungery. I went back to work on the night shift.
Hugs and XOXO Donna

Melissa, here is the link to the pics i have so far. I had my panniculectomy on Monday and am THRILLED with my results so far. I think since I did not start out with the big roll of loose skin above my navel that many people have, that I could get away with a panni vs a full blown abdominoplasty.
