Appetite Suppressant - Question
Norma
I am still struggling to lose weight, too. My last weigh-in was 178. I really want to get to 150. I still "diet". I maintain about a 1200 calorie per day routine and I use the fitday.com site to track both my intake and my exercise. It is helping. Although I only lose 1-4 pounds per month, at least I am still losing. Don't lose sight of your goals. Make everyday the "only" day. Plan what you are going to eat and plan your exercise routines.
Otherwise, I totally agree in the protein first and lots of water. I drink 6 x 16 oz bottles of water each day.
Best wishes

Thank you Karen.
Every day I keep saying to myself that I need to try harder. I keep saying tomorrow and tomorrow never gets here. I feel so depress sometimes but for some strange reason I have no self control and no will power.
My husband doesn't think I eat a lot but it's probably the bad food choices that is not helping me.
Keep up the good job.
Hugs,
Norma
Take small steps and take them one day at a time. Set goals that you can actually achieve. For this month - set a goal of 3 pounds lost. When you reach that goal, you'll be encouraged to do more. You don't need motivation. Just do it! I hate getting on my treadmill. But I make myself do it for 30 minutes a day. I put on a favorite CD or tv show and work out. Sometimes I start to feel so good, I'll do 45 minutes to an hour. I'm so hype after working out and I don't know what to do with that energy. Increase your fluids. Cut out the fats and sweets. Focus on protein and veggies, fruits. You can do it if you put your mind to it.
