Been Away... Been Gone Too Long!

I'm back! Who? It's me, Vera!
I have missed each of you, and wanted to say HHHHEEEELLLLOOOOO!!!!!
I am fine, just wonderful. Still in school (PhD), and still traveling (just came back from Vegas for the first time, and hit over $1,300)! The Wynn was beautiful, and so was the weather!
Well, so far, I am -109, and hit a big platue, and even gained 7 pounds!
I stopped working out since summer started (though I was there), but am resuming today with swimming and cardio. Any encouragement!
I am sure most of you are -120 or more, and I pray to be there by the end of the summer... I will have about -15 pounds to loose, but will be happy with -20--30.
Any suggestions? Any new protein ideas? Exercise ideas? HELP!!!

Hi Vera
I got up to 160lbs and am now down again to around 154lbs. I bounce and when I bounce up I stop eating which is not good. I go see my surgeon on Monday for a check up and talk about my eating habits.
I had to give up my night job due to lack of sleep/water and food. I'm now enjoying the summer staying home and taking care of my husband.
