Monica in ONDERLAND

Well I got on the scale Thursday morning and it said 196. I have reached onderland and it has been over 30 years since the scale said that. I am floating with delight and awe in my success. I am 18 months out from surgery and my weight loss has slowed down considerably. I am exercising so much more since we have "hit the road" and I am doing a lot of fishing and walking. Life is good.
