Today is my two year anniverrsary...amazing. This has been awonderful journey and I would do it again in a seocnd. I have regained about 15 pounds and sure don't want it to stay. It is a little scary how quickly it came back. I am currently recovering form a cystocele and rectocele repair on November 30th..it is a lot more painful than my RNY. But it is ok. I will update my profile with more details but happy birthday to my December 4th twins...or triplets...whatever we are!! Alice Theobald

It is nice to see all of these faces. I too share December 2 as my anniversary. I went from 411 to 200 lbs. Yes.....I will dance with you. I hope the rest of the men feel as great as I do. And as far as you ladies...you are all beautiful. Much love. mark

First of all....."HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO YOU"

My Anniversary is coming also. I had my surgery on 12/15/03. I have lost about 115pds. I have been at "GOAL" and feel wonderful. My knees are given me trouble so I too have not exercised alot lately. I usually ride my bike, but it is very cold here in Long Beach, N.Y. I am very close to the ocean. You are human and don't punish yourself. Just take one day at a time. You will become motivated again. Happy Holidays and again Happy Anniversary to you!

DEC 2 WAS MY 2 YEAR ANNIVERSARY. I AM DOWN TO 115 POUNDS IN A SIZE TWO. MY BIGGEST PROBLEM IS I HAVE GOTTEN OUT OF THE EXERCISE HABIT LATELY AND CAN EAT WHAT I WANT. I AM SCARED OF REGAINING WEIGHT. I CANNOT MAKE MYSELF GET MOTIVATED LATELY TO EXERCISE. I KNOW THIS IS THE KEY TO KEEPING IT OFF. WHEN I EXERCISED I WATCHED EVERYTHING I ATE AND FELT MUCH BETTER. HOW DO YOU GET MOTIVATED AGAIN?
