Hi Sweetie, Today is my 'rebirth' anniversary. Seems hard to believe its been two years already. I just bought a size 12 stretch jeans, Levi's, and they fit so nice. Low rise even. My Joe loves them. He thinks I look sexy. Me, sexy. NEver did I think it. 'Course, I think he's sexy, too, but I always did. Come to think of it, he always like the way I was, too. Anyway, we've come a long way haven't we? I was talking to a woman who had this surgery and she's regained all her weight and says it's the surgery's fault, while she was muching on a bag of chips. I asked her if maybe, just maybe she should be eating raw veggies instead of chips, and, well, I guess I insulted her with the comment. But, sometimes, we forget what we were given is just a tool and it tools need to be worked for them to do what they're suppose to do. All of us here are using our surgery to the fullest and doing great. SOme better than others, but still doing great. So.... HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO EVERYONE!!! Nona

Boy, do I know where you're coming from. I was the same, didn't exercise, ate everything in sight, bad bad Nona. But, I found a shirt from my life 'before rebirth', and, man, I do NOT want to be there again. So, one day, one meal, one step at a time. And, before you realize it, you're walking/running/working out, eating right, and back in control. It is so easy to lose it. I know. But you can get it back. Allison, on this site, is a wonderful example of doing it right. So is our Marky Mark, (Lessame). They do it right and have the right attitude. You can get back on track. Post here. Post often.
