I really can't drink anything very cold anymore. It seems to make my belly hurt. If it's very cold I drink it nice and slow. I hope I was help to you. Maybe you can discuss this with your Md. Good Luck

Topic: Hard time

Hi everyone - I haven't posted for awhile but just thought I would catch up. I only lost 102 lbs total since my surgery and I have regained 15 in the last 3 mths. No matter what I do I can not get them off...I started a new job where I don't get to move around too much about 4 mths ago and I think that is part of the problem - no movement. Any advice would be grateful.

I HATE THE COLD. PERIOD. I never liked it before but now that I am puny me...I freeze all of the time. While I can't pretend to understand the Menopause stuff, I can offer my well wishes. As far as cool/cold drinks...just go with the mark plan and drink more coffee than one human being should!! Best of Luck!

Steve!! Congratulations! Anyone who cared enough about themselves to have gone through the surgery....will be awesome as a parent! Now just remember to love em' protect em' and teach em'....nice work my man...mark

I do too, from the narcotic. But we can't take nSaids, and I have to take something for pain, and Darvocet and Percocet aren't strong enough for the pain level I get. But as long as I drink a lot with the pain med or take it with food, it doesn't hurt. Turns out it was a pulled muscle. I'm doing better there. Thanks for the concern. Nona
