Hey Nona. I am surely sorry to hear of your troubles....I only have four words. Go to the doctor. Tracy has had similar problems and it turned out to be a blockage. I hope you get well very rapidly.

Hi Brenda, I can't help you personally, but the Curves we have in Tunkhannock is busy and most like it, but have the same complaint Lorrainne mentioned: You can't move ahead if the machine in front is still in use. You lose your momentum and your 'fat burning' rate if you wait too long. I have my own stuff, treadmill, stationary bike, weights, Gazelle and am looking into a BowFlex or Total Gym. But right now, I can't do much of anything. My FMS is acting up bad and I hurt.

Brenda, How are you? I joined Curves and was very disappointed, It is a circuit of great exercises, but if you have someone who is in front of you *****ally can't go as fast you can't get off your machine and move on the circuit. I have compassion for the sick, I am a nurse, but if you can't move to the next machine the one who is before you is waiting for your machine. I found this to happen more than once. I have taken up bike riding since I have bad knees and this works. I guess joining will be up to you. When I went and it was not so full it was great moving on the circuit. When full everyone must move on time, since they tell you when to get of and on. It just did not work for me.

Nope, no gall bladder, just heart burn in the esophogus. (sp?) An ulcer, or the beginnings of one, is what my dr thinks it is, especially since I had them before surgery. So, it's back on the Prilosec and no more Vitamin C. Lots of water, low acid and keep a little food in the pouch at all times. Don't be hungry, she says. No problem as I do love to eat. I keep veggie chips and triscuits handy for a quick munch, and some venison kilbose, too. Yummy. Just wish the pain would go away. It scares me.

Do you have your gall bladder? The reason I ask, I just had mine out and I seem to be able to eat a little more. Before, I couldn't tolerate ANY fried foods and anything cooked in grease would literally "put me away" in the bathroom for a LOOOOOOOOng time.

I am not with April any more she has been so cold to me and we live very close to each other and we say hi but she never cared about my feelings after losing the baby.I tried to talk to her and the last letter I wrote her 3 weeks ago said if you do not answer this letter then i'll know there is no hope for us.I really loved her and every thing we shared and all the fun we had,she has 4 daughters and they still love me abd I always bring them to dinner and buy them things if they need it.I am hurting and she doesn't seem to care,her daughter said that all April does is stay in her bedroom adn sleep and cry,nut why wont she talk to me?I was always kind to her and treated her like a Queen.I will never get over this.Thank you for your kind response Diane and I hope you have a great night......steve
