Now that the weather is improving, don't stay in the apt. alone. Get out and enjoy the weather. Take a walk. Go to a movie or a book store. Sit in a cafe, have a coffee and watch the antics of the folks going up and down the street. Go bowling, or shoot some pool. Take up a hobby. Do something different, like sky diving...... Well, maybe not that. But you get my drift. Nona

Yep, that's me. For the first time in over a year I can say that during a rain storm. Being on this med is helping not only the RLS, but the FM, too. We still have some adjustments to make, but it is working. The pain levels are going down, my sleep is improving and the RLS symptoms are reducing as well. Hope everyone else is doing well. Hi Lorraine, That's terrible with the tanning bed. It's nice they gave you a credit. Some places make you sign a waiver and no refund. I now have a new problem. Restless Leg Syndrome. It's horrible. I'm trying different meds to help, but nothings worked as of yet. I'm also on Nexium for the heartburn. No problems down there, just heartburn. Probably all the meds and vitamins. Whatcha gonna do? I too had an internal hernia and a partial bowel obstruction. I spent Xmas of 2004 in the hospital. The Dr's could find nothing. CT scans were clear, colonoscopy was clear, upper GI was clear...finally they did a laproscopy and they found the problem...an internal hernia is not a lump, at least not in my case, it was almost like a tear between my stomach and intestine. The pain was severe and on my left side from like the lower rib area down. The surgery wasn't too bad but the pain does return from time to time -probably just from some slow blockage. I remember that it hurt to even breathe and I walked around work for 2 months with my hand plastered into my side to help relieve a tiny bit of the pain. Good luck!

Sunny, Hi there and how are you? I am going to get sprayed a day before with a Mystic Tan for the credit I lost for the months tanning I paid for. There are no lights just a temporary tan.I need it for my new............... tight fitting dress. .... SIZE 6 DRESS. I would have never worn a dress like that before but now "FORGET ABOUT IT" I am going to & and enjoy my neices wedding. Dancing is so much easier being a bit smaller. I had gained a few pounds while I was out with my Vein Surgery so I am back down to wear I was so the gown fit. Thanks for asking. My sweetie is going with me. We should have a great time. Lorraine
