I am going to Orlando Florida next week. I need some help from anyone who knows that area. After 8 hours of sitting through a classroom setting, I want to be able to go out and have some fun! I will be by myself with a car. What do you suggest? I'm there Sunday through Saturday afternoon. Darrol P.S. I don't want to go to the mouse house! That's where the conference is being held.

Topic: Just info on PS
Had my first consult today with the plastic surgery and it went well. I had to laugh when they took the photos to send to the insureance. Had to be the WORSE photo I have had! Not to mention the more horrible it looks the better your chances for insurance approval. I was afraid some of the staff would be judgmental of WLS patients but they have a WLS person that does all the work with the insurance and she is a post WLS patient too! So I got to see what the doctor did for her and boy....it makes a world of difference having the plastic surgery. Within the next week or so after all the data is complied they will send it off to insurance and then its time to play the wait and see game. Doctor said too that I am a excellent candiate and I am within weight goal to proceed with this PS. It is nice to go somewhere were the entire staff makes you feel welcome and congratulates you on your accomplishment! Karie -111lbs

I pretty much do what I did before surgery only with a lot more energy and a better attitude. My favorite thing is an empty medicine cabinet because the High Blood Pressure Rx and GERD rx are no longer necessary. Next would be my closet -- housing 2's, 4's and yes even some 0's. I had grandson #2 in April and look forward to granddaughter #1 late November. Child #3 is now in college. I'm exploring PS for a LBL. Not to be working right now I stay busy. LuvitsunnyV@goal

I am a coffee lover. I have gone to decaff, and this is NOT decaff (I wi**** was) but they said it is delicious. I haven't tried it yet, but I want to. I read independent reviews on it and they said they are good. Worst one, they said was hazelnut, cuz you could taste the "diet drink" taste. It has: 20 grams of protein, no fat high in calcium 19 essential vitamins and minerals only 5 grams of carbohydrates healthy ready-to-drink, handy 9.5oz. glass container much lower caloric content than most coffee drinks superior taste over protein drinks It is called AchievOne Allison

I do think my water intake might be down. Maybe I will try to add more again. It has ALWAYS been a weakness of mine to not drink enough water. I have been praying and praying that everyone on the boards that wants to keeps losing weight. (especially Nona!) I get so excited when someone says they lost. Congratulations! Allison
