Nona, I'm glad this is over for you. I've never had a colonoscopy or an enema for that matter so I can't relate but it all sounds awful to me. Ouch!! Sorry to hear about the constipation, that must be awful too. Here's hoping you get your Zelnorm soon. Have a nice weekend.

Hi Tracy...I am within 10 pounds of my goal weight. The plastic surgeon said that if I did just a panni lift I would lose 5-7 lbs and if I did a abdomenplasty (sp) I would lose 10-12 lbs! I am wanting to get a breast lift and augmentation also. Doctor gave me the price with hospital fee and his fees etc and it would be $13,000. My insurance wil pay for the tummy but its a toss up for the breast. They say if you are within 10% of your goal weight you are ready. Also, once you are losing less than 3 lbs a month is a good way to judge if your body is evening out with the weight loss. Karie

Had my colonoscopy today and what a nightmare. I was awake and boy did it hurt. Then, they couldn't finish because I have scar tissue partially blocking my intestine due to the RnY. So I had to go have a Barium Enema. That really hurt. But no pallups. Just the scar tissue. And that is why I keep getting so constipated. So it's Zelnorm for me, but my insurance want written documentaion or they won't pay and it's nearly $200. So I will wait a week for it. But I don't want to have to go through that again. NOna

Good Luck Karie! How much more do you have to lose...Any more? I am wondering if I am within that range of being ready for surgery yet. Tracy

HI Darrol, Orlando is full of places to go. Depending on what you want to see, theme parks, malls, whatever. Universal has a couple of great parks in that area. This month is thier special Halloween Horror Nights thing too. So, you can go and be scared or just enjoy the park! Orlando also has the countrys second largest mall. They have the worlds biggest McDonalds. (Woo hoo) lol There are all sorts of restaurants (however you spell that). Many with themes like Medieval and such. Anything in the Kissimee/St. Cloud area is in that general area. Try looking up Orlando.com or something to that effect and I'm sure you will have LOADS to do! It is about the most fun area in the country all packed into one small area! Have fun! Tracy
