My 'right' things are no snacking. If I get hungry between a meal, like around 3pm, I have an apple with a little p. butter. Or a handful of soy nuts. My meals are balanced with high protein and veggies. Very little carbs, except for the fruit and whole wheat toast in the am. I try to avoid protein bars, too much fat and sugar. I do exercise when I can, although this week has been hard because I'm not feeling well. Ithink I'm gettin sick. Maybe that scope took more out of me than I thought. My weight is stable, 197 for nearly three months now, with a size 14-16. So I am content, I guess. I would love to be smaller, but I don't know what else to do, other than my best.

my 10 month anniversary was the 11th, I am down from 260 to 135, thats 125 pounds, only 10 more to go. I have gone from a size 26 to an 8 in most clothes, I still buy large shirts because of my lovely extra arm skin, it's realllly bad! I have a hard time with snacking, and I have learned stupidly, I dont dump from sugar so I really have to watch myself, that's always been my downfall. I still try to go mostly sugarfree but I am worried about halloween, with 5 kids there is always tons of candy around. I just need willpower I guess but it's going to be hard. I refuse to gain any weight back so I will just have to be strong.

I, Kelly, do swear that I will recommit myself to sticking to the rules of the pouch that I commited to 10 months ago. If I do truly commit to doing this I can only better myself and lose more weight. All that the rules that I have forgotten to use will now be reestablished into my new thinner lifestyle in a serious effort to lose those last pounds and helpt me reach the goal weight that I dreamed about all of this time. I promise to try my hardest and to help and support all other recommitters and post often on my own progress and answer other post as often as I can. I WILL make it to my goal weight!!!
my personal goals--
start exercising, haven't been except chasing after my 5 kids
cant say none, but cut back on sugar, I dont dump
more protein, less carbs
only healthy snacks

yesterday i went to weigh in...i was pleased that i am still losing weight. i am down 120 from the day i went in. and i am down 149 lbs from after my surgery...i have a question how many of you gained weight after your surgery. i went from 289 to 320 in like 3 days...which one of these would you guys use??????????? my mom tells me that if i use the heaviest weight sounds worse then the other one. lynda

I wasn't a good girl today. I teetered on the edge. I'll definitely do better tomorrow. I'll start by NOT answering my phone. Thanks again TtS I had actually FORGOTTEN that I decided to recommit to my surgery. I printed out my pledge and stuck it on my frig. Had I stopped here this morning before I probably would have done better.
I'm ready for tomorrow though.

My little jog and brisk walk must have done me some good, this afternoon instead of the 141.8 I have been weighing for days...I now weigh 140.0! WOO HOO for me!!
For breakfast I had cottage cheese mixed with tuna so I get in the recommended 20 grams of protein per meal and I DIDN'T DRINK with my meal!
WE ROCK!!!

My 10 months will be on the 22nd. I started out at 250 lbs and I am 5ft 6 1/2 in tall. I am now at 145 lbs and wearing mostly size 6 with a few size 8. I am so blessed. I do not have the skin issues as bad as I thought I would but I do have some. I am going to go see a plastic surgeon at the end of this month just for a consultation. The skin has gotten better with my exercising. My goal weight is about 140 and the doctor says I am where I need to be with my skin issue. When and if I get the skin removed, I will be at 140 or less so that will be where I want to be. I am very happy now and you would never know about my skin. My clothes hide it very well and I wear form fitting clothes. No more big stuff. I love to look great! Congratulations to all of you on your success! May God continue to bless you all.

Hi Tracy,
I am 228 today down from 365 for a total loss of 137lbs so far. I am wearing 18-20's and XL's. I want to reach 165 so 63 to go. My doc thinks I'll get below 200. My blood pressure is normal, my diabetes is gone. I have soooo much less pain from my arthritis. I'll have hernia surgery Mondy the 18th. I have batwings (big ones) and some skin on my lower tummy, otherwise not too bad skin wise. It may be worse after the hernia's repaired though. That is stretching my upper tummy a lot. Yes I do feel the time is flying by. I worry sometimes that I won't make it to goal but I am deterined to keep trying. Congratulations on your success so far!

hey Tracy.......please do update your photo.....I would love to see ya in short hair I am sure you are beautiful!!! Anyways I am proud of myself.....at lunch I made a half sandwich on whole wheat-no crust with turkey and cheese.....I had two bites left and felt a little stuffed, instead of finishing it because I usually do, I DIDN'T!!!! WooHOO but the real kicker came a little later....My mom was here for a few days helping me out after having the hysterectomy....I have three little ones, and she made them homemade chocolate chip cookies, since I don't bake, she likes to make them treats. Well for the last three days I have been eating one here and there....I do dump, but it takes a lot of sugar not the 10 grams that are in a cookie....anyways to make a long story short...I went reaching for my cookie and thought about it for a second....put the container back up and DIDN'T have that cookie!!! WOW I like this feeling of control! Take Care and thanks for the little encouragment!!!! Jesi
