Good morning everyone,
My daughter woke up throwing up today so, no school. But I STILL went for my morning jog! I went twice today. I've been keeping my calories under 800!!! I'm trying so hard to make it to my pre-plastics goal by December 12th!

Hi there my friends, Well....... 10 months have passed me by so quickly. I have lost 110 pds. I started my journey at 245 lbs and now I am weighing 135 lbs. I really can't get too much more weight off of me,but I know I am losing inches.I think if I could exercise more I could lose another few pounds. My goal will now be to maintain this.

I'm on it today I had a turkey burger (20g Protein, 160 calories, Tot Carbs 0, Tot Fat 9g) with a slice of cheese (4g Protein, 60 calories, Tot Carb 1g, Tot Fat 4g). I never have it with bread or anything since I'm not a bread person. I couldn't eat the whole thing either. I threw the last bite away. I'm trying not to feel like I'm being wasteful when I don't eat everything on my plate. I OFTEN will try to finish even though my pouch doesn't want anymore. I'm working on that though.
I drank 14oz of Vitamin Water Kiwi Strawberry flavor (won't be drinking these anymore considering I'm REALLY looking at the label and I'm not liking what I see). Calories for an 8 fl oz serving (0g Protein, 56 calories, Tot Carb 13g, Tot Fat 0g OMG the SUGAR 13g maybe I didn't do so good today ).
I'm on my way to the mall and will walk on my treadmill when the hubby gets home.

I ate good today, so far. Cottage cheese and a few Triscuits for breakfast, a small handfull of soy nuts for a mid am snack, as I eat breakfast at 7. Lunch was 4oz of tuna and a side salad. 3pm snack will be an apple w/pb. Don't know what supper will be yet, probably a burger and a veggie like broccoli. Lots to drink.
Tracy, be careful of the running. I was doing a lot of jogging and popped my knees. It hurts just to walk now, so I can't do much on the treadmill. I do what I can on the weekends, but not much during the week due to pain. Power walking is just as good and won't hurt the knees or hips. Take it from someone who should have listened and wished she did.

Can I have the excuse too please I just had surgery too!!! LOL! Don't I sound 5....hahaha Anyways I am not exercising either but it is lunch time and I have eaten really good.....I had 4 apple slices with PB this morning......a lot of strawberry lemonaide, s/f of course....and for lunch I had a protein shake.....I am not eating anymore solids until I have a BM.....I have only went once since last Wednesday and boy am I feeling it....YUCKY!!! My Gyno doc says it is normal for the bowels to start working this slowly, but I gotta go and can't Oh well I might head to the store and get some smooth move tea or something!!! Take Care Jesi

Happy anniversary Lynda.......I can't beleive how time is flying for us!!! Now if we can just get thru the holidays we will all be good.....LOL!!!! I hear it is pretty common to gain weight in the hosital.....I gained like 14 pounds too......fluid and gas I am sure.....but I lost it all in my 6 day hospital stay, so I don't count it! Take Care and bundle up girl....It is down right COLD in our neck of the woods!!! Jesi

It's 10 days til my 10 month anniversary. Last time I weighed it was 152 and my all time high was 250 so I'm almost a member of the century club.
I'm 5'2" so I am still in the overweight on the BMI chart. Won't be long though, and I'll be NORMAL! I don't really have a number goal, I guess I just want to be healthy and feel good. The weight charts say 101 ? to 136 and I'm thinking 115-125 is probably good for me.
This was a great question! I love seeing where everyone is at!

I don't expect you to exercise. I know that you just had surgery! You are excused! You have done so well already, you just need to keep up with what you already do! It seems to be working for you!
