Topic: Shopping for ME!
I went shopping today and guess what...I got into an Old Navy size 6 blue jeans and a large long sleeve tee! I was so excited I almost peed myself. I am sure that the people in the next dressing room was wondering what all the comotion was about but I could not help but giggle out loud. Now, for Christmas I always told my husband NOT to buy me any clothes BUT this year GO FOR IT!! I am looking forward to what will be under the tree. I hope that everyone has a good of a day that I have!! Rhonda

Thanks Shawna, Jesi and Rhonda. I'll try anything. I'm going to go back to what I was doing, 5 mini meals and I promise to exercise more often. I will start tonight. I don't get home until 6, but I made an extra dinner last night, so all I have to do is heat it up, so I will have the time tonight to spend a half an hour on the 'mill and 15 min on the weights, and if I can, I will go longer on the mill, knees willing. Thanks again you guys are truly 's with 's Nona

Hi Nona I'm so sorry to hear of all of the stresses that you are going through. It's hard enough to be going through and struggeling with your weight loss journey to begin with, much less all of the additional stuff you have going on. I wish I had a miracle answer that could make it all better. Alls I have are suggestions.... maybe do a priority check and decide what has to come first... health, then emotions, then weight... or whatever else you feel needs to be in there and in what order- and then just take steps everyday to work on those things in that order. Maybe find an activity that relaxes you or that you enjoy that could give you some exercise OR just some relaxation. Make sure you get enough rest AND activity.... maybe come up with a new plan of action for your diet.... if your feeling hungry a lot maybe you need to eat MORE... maybe change WHAT you are eating instead of how much so that you can eat more? I know you have probably tried so much and it is frustrating. I'm sorry if I am of no help- just trying to think of anything that might help things. As long as you keep trying and working at getting what you want (to keep losing, to get better, etc) things will eventually move in a positive direction. Keep your spirits up and take care of you first. My thoughts and prayers will be with you- I will be hoping that you get better and that things start going the way you want them to. Lots of hugs and support Shawna

Topic: RE: When do you stop losing?
I started out at 225 and now stuck (for about 3 months) at 145. I am like Lorraine and I believe that your body just knows. I like the way I look (except for "my girls"). I am looking into a plastic surgeon now. I just am kinda hesitant because of it being another surgery and the pain factor. But like my brother says...NO PAIN NO GAIN! Take care, Rhonda

I am sorry for all of your complications. Stress can do strange things to our bodies. My scale has yet to move in any direction. Hope to see you get better! Rhonda
