Diane, I am glad you are OK. I know we all have things that keep us busy,but I did miss you. Your inspirations are great. I thought of you last week. I went to this great Christmas store and bought 3 gorgeous angels. Keep up the great work. I saw your pictures . You look girl. I just came out of the hospital again Diane. I have been in 3 times since my WLS. Once with pain,second time for hernia surgery, third time for pain again . It wound up a small absess under the incsion line. I am now ok and will be back to work on Nov 22. I am down -110 pds and at GOAL. I am beginning to digest food finally after 10months, so I am beginning to feel normal. I guess that hernia and those stomach pains had me all messed up. Now............... On with life and those to follow my path and guide me. Glad to hear from you sweetie. Lorraine

Hi Lorraine Well Im a little late gettin in here, but it's only 4 pm here. So far today I have had: B- 1 cheese egg and bacon toaster scramble S- carbwells peanut butter protien bar L- 3/4 cup pasta salad, bite of my bf's brat and sauerkrat and 5 krinkle fries s- mini bag of popcorn d- I do not know yet ???? im too lazy to "cook" tonight
