Hi Lorraine. I hope you are doing well! I had such a busy day today, actually a very busy week, no time to play . Here's what I had today: B: 1 bag of those 100 calorie wheat thin minis (they are pretty good) L: 1/2 a plan mini bagel, 1 oz of ham and 1/2 oz cheese (a mini sandwich!) D: 3 oz chicken I only ate 445 calories today but drank lots of water and worked out for almost 2 hours. Just not hungry. Have a great evening.

Hi! I got mine at bariatriceating.com and the other place is powerhouse-nutrition.com. I got four for $10 something. You can buy a box instead but I wanted to make sure that I would like them before I spent the extra money on a box. They are on sale right now. Don't remember how much the box of 12 was. I will be placing an order for the box pretty soon. No protein taste or smell at all. It was a major find for me. Rhonda PS. They only have 9g of Net carbs!
