I never thought I would be saying this....but I am trying to gain weight. I am very happy with the outcome and the weight loss...but I am having to eat everything in sight. I got in "party mode" for a couple of months and forgot what I was trying to accompli**** had been so long since I was able to party and just hang out and actually have people talk to me that I got caught up in it. But....I am back on track and trying to mend the bad choices. I wasn't used to men looking at me "in that way". It's great...but put in perspective, now. I went out and bought me a Toyota MR2 Spyder....I love it. I have been traveling (Alaska, Chicago, South Lake Tahoe and many places here in Texas) and Indiana next month. Yes, I work....and people do treat me differently. My boss has been wonderful, although worried about my recent weight loss. The girls in the office are "different" if you will. I'm not the chubby, fattest girl, in the office now....and somehow, I feel that they don't like it. But ya know what, who cares. I am healthy, having fun (for the first time in years) and loving life. And yes, I love the outcome....just need to gain about 5 pounds and I will be total. Rock on....I will have my 25th birthday for the second time, next year (that's right....I'll be 50) and lovin' life.

We are all aproaching or one year.....PLEASE share with us what you are going to be doing? Are you going to be celebrating, buying yourself something nice, calling the plastic surgeon, what????? Also are ya'll happy thus far, how much more if any do you want to lose? We should all be VERY proud of ourselves......now lets all show it!!!!! I WILL be calling the plastic surgeon but not for maybe 8 months or so, I want to be completely done losing first! I started last Dec 8th at 293......in like 8 months I was at my surgeons goal of 182.......I am currently at 163 for a 130lb loss and working towards my own goal of 140.....we will see

Carol, Do yourself a favor and don't concentrate on the negativity of others even though it is family. I have a daughter who lives with me who has been very negative also on my weight loss. I started at 245 lbs and now I am 133lbs down -112 pds and at "GOAL" She does not pay me any compliments. If I ask her how something looks when I try it on she says OK without even looking. I have come too far to let this discourage me so"DONT FEED INTO THAT NONSENSE" ok? It is very nice that your daughter is running a marathon.Congrads to her.
