Happy anniversary Daneen! -147 is a great weight loss and you must be so happy to be done with the weight loss and on to maintenance (although I could see where maintenance could be a little scary, but you can do it!). Take care, and congrats again!

I am no on nearly as much as I used to be. Busy working in the fitness club! Ha, a year ago, they would have thrown me out, not I work there! Too funny. Anyway, I want to wish you all a Happy Anniversary! You have all done so well!!! I am proud of each an every one of you! Mine isn't until the 12th but I feel like I am missing out on everyone elses. It's been a LONG journey, seems pretty short, however. We have all done so well! Be proud of yourself! I know I am! My best to you all!

Hi Jenni. Glad to hear that things are better for you. Sorry to hear about the hysterectomy - there's seems to be a lot of that going around lately! Not eating much for a few days will definitely shrink your pouch and should jump start your weight loss. Good luck with the last few pounds - you can do it!! Also, congrats on the -123. That's awesome and you should be very pleased with yourself.

Happy anniversary Nona. I know you haven't reached your "goal" but look at how much your life has improved health/weight wise. And it's a lot more fun shopping now since you are in smaller sizes! Just keep up with the exercise and calorie counting, more weight is bound to come off eventually. Take care, and enjoy!

I will be one year post-op on December 18th. I have lost 100 pounds. The weight loss made visable a lump in the left side of my neck which was removed on November 24th. The pathology came back lymphoma.
I am scheduled for a P.E.T. scan this Thursday, December 9th. I see an oncologist on Tuesday, December 14th and Dr. Facuncus on Friday, December 17th.
WLS saved my life once........maybe twice.
