Hi Elaine,
I am so glad you picked this up for me. The day or two after I posted my idea for this thread I came down with bronchitis and have been in bed for the last week. This morning I am feeling a bit better and had over 100 e-mails (mostly junk). Again, thank you for picking this up for me.
For the last week my eating has been terrible and my fluid intake was at an all time low. I just wanted to sleep.
Yesterday (friday) I was feeling better and my appetite was back with a vengence:
B: coffee (20oz) with half and half and sugar
protein shake mixed with 10oz. of low fat milk.
L:single (no bun) burger with cheese and half of a small fry
more coffee (8oz) cream and sugar
D:small section of a chicken quesadillia with about 3 tbs. of beans and 3 tbs. of spanish rice....oh ya, and about a handful of chips.
I had most of my water intake (64oz) and did not exercise. I have not exercised in over a week since I got sick.
I guess I get the award for the most calories eaten in a day huh? I feel like such a pig.
I will post with todays food as well.

Prebreakfast - cup of coffee
Breakfast - yogurt
Lunch (late) - hamburger (ate it all except 2 bites)
Snack - no snack was at the drs office w/son
Supper - baked pork chop, cabbage, corn salad and broc & cheese rice

Good morning Dec. folk,
Today is gonna be a tough one...
I'm meeting a friend at the coffee (donut) shoppe for breakfast
Lunchtime we have a birthday party (lots of picky foods)
and for dinner I'll be meeting my mother who wants to order take out-
so my food agenda is up in the air.. I'll focus on making good choices and will log in tonight to confess..

My usual day is
Cafe con leche w/splenda on my ride to work.
Breakfast is cooked oatmeal (no salt) w/splenda
1/4 cup blueberries
Lunch (Thursday) was 1/2 veggie burger (no bread) & 1/2 baked
sweet potato, 1/3 cup green salad.
Dinner was a small Wendy's chili w/cheese.
Snack: Dannon lite and fit Yogurt smoothie - peach flavor.
I like to get in a banana a day (now that I can eat them again) for the potassium.
I have to weigh every day and the digital scale is across from my office.
I have kept a daily log of my weight since I started work 1/6. I have gained and lost the same two pounds -- which is okay. I just don't want to lose more. (5'5" @ 118 lbs.)

Sad to say but I was not a good girl today.
Breakfast - Cafe con leche w/2 splenda
Lunch - Small fresh Apricot
2 sugar free cookies
Dinner - Stuffed shell w/ricotta cheese
small green salad (ate about 1/2)
It was a busy and long day at work. TGIF!

Hello all
Today has been a wierd food day for me
Breakfast: 2 protien drinks w/coffee and SF vanilla syrup
5:00am **every day for about 10 months now**
1:30pm: small handful of corn tortilla chips 1 bite turkey sandwich
3:00pm: 1 bite of son's doughnut
3:30pm: 1 dill pickle
5:00pm: 1/2c peanuts, 1/3 of 1 slice of cheese pizza (4 whole bites )
Ick...where's the protien, veggies or fruit

As for me
B- 2 egg omelet
s- 10 pretzels and 1 oz low fat cheddar, 1/2 apple
D- hamburger (no bun), cole slaw
s-graham cracker with pnt butter

The new job keeps my food intake healthy since my meals are included at the spa.
Breakfast: Oatmeal w/blueberries and splenda
snack: 10 Blackberries
Lunch: 1/2 veggie burger (no bread) & green salad
snack: small banana
Dinner: Wendy's chili w/cheese
