Topic: Please support Laurie S.!
Hi all,
I'm in KS and my angelette, Laurie S is an absolutely sweet gal that lives in PA. Her surgery was moved from the end of march to THIS THURSDAY, Mar. 10. Please, please offer her your support! I talked to her on the phone on Sat., and she is doing real well but we all know how the nerves can happen as we get close so please flood her with support! I'll be so grateful! Here's where to go:

Hey Stephen!
I can't believe that I am 31 (32 in April) when I look at myself in the mirror. I feel better than I ever remember feeling! I play tennis a good bit, I can easily fit into desks at school...I don't remember ever feeling comfortable doing that (even in grade school). I have so much more energy and I can play with my kids now without getting exhausted in 10 minutes.
We have all worked really hard and everyday I am still amazed!

Hi Nona

Topic: ordered medical alert bracelet
I just ordered my medical alert bracelet. I found out that it is wise to have one since we have had gastric bypass. It never occured to me. I hope to have it in about 2 weeks. I ordered it online from a woman that makes the bracelets out of pretty beads instead of the usual stainless steal. The charm on it is a normal alert style. I can't wait to get it.
Hope everyone is fine. I have not been on in awhile because my family has had the dreaded flu. It was not a pretty site at my house! This flu just seems to lenger on and on and on...

Hi Steve,
Sounds like you are really enjoying your life. Good.
My daughter takes up most of my spare time. When I'm not working, shopping, cleaning my home, I'm tending to her. I don't have any time for me anymore. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, just stating a fact. I don't have time to exercise at all any more. I just eat what is fast and easy. I try to always eat protein first. Sometime, though, an apple has to suffice. Or a protein bar on the go, or protein crackers. No weight gain, thank heavens, but no loss either. I guess I'm done. I've been taking Omega 3 for dry hair, and have noticed that my skin is beginning to suffer, so I'm going to add E as well.
Joe and I don't see each other as much as we'd like, between his working 60-80 hrs a week and my being with my daughter, but we try to make the most of what we do have. I guess that's all any one can do.

Hi People
On March 1 it made 15 months since I had weight loss surgery. My starting weight was 565 lbs and my highest weight (recorded) was 598 lbs.I sit here now and as I type this I weigh 307 lbs. What a difference,I have been so blessed and can do almost anything now.I can walk, run, swim, sit in movie chairs, sit in an airplane without feeling squashed, and so much more.I just turned 45 last month and I feel like a 30 year old man.I was always tired and slept alot and my God did I eat a lot.I was always home and now i'm never home.I have met a couple nice girls in the last 5 months and I am still close to one of them.We really had a great summer I was at her house every weekend for 12 weeks until her boyfriend got out of jail.lol... isn't that awful? But she is a close friend of mine and we have a kinship.well enough about me,how the heck are you guys doing? Have a great day.......steve c

I went to the site, but they don't have the shampoo. Where did you find it?
