My two daughters and I went to a Women's Christian Retreat at a resort just north of Tampa. We had a terrific time. It was great fun. I'm tired, though......I feel like I've not had enough time at home. My DH did laundry so at least I didn't have that to come home to.

Hi there to all my friends here
I am good. I seem to be a bit tired. I think the overtime I have been doing at the hospital is catching up with me. I was supposed to go out on Saturday night and I found myself on my couch just sleeping, using the bathroom and going back to bed.
Today I might go see family.
What did you do this weekend?
Were you lazy like me?

Hi Wendy,
How are you doing? I am freezing like you all the time. It has gotten better since the winter is over. My family thinks I am crazy. When I go over there they are always yelling at me. I am putting up the heat as soon as I get there. I have lost about 115 pds coming from 245 lbs to 130 lbs. I am healthy and happy.... but cold.
I eat normal until the evening. I work in a hospital and the nurses are always munching., I can eat hard candy. That is my favorite. I seem to tolerate it very well.I think, for me this will be my lifetime struggle.I am at "GOAL" and have been there for quite some time. The key will be for me to stay there.

hi folks, now i am in WI i stay so coooollllllllldddddd all the time,i have to wear 2 shirts and a sweater with a pull on jacket. people look at me crazy when i am indoors and have all that on. i think that i will still be cold in the summer too. any one else stay cold after all the weight loss. i am still around 150lbs from the 300lbs that i was b4, getting abit scared because i find myself not eating in the morn and at noon, but at dinner i will eat alot and not be full. two days this week i was eathing hard candy (alot of it) and was not getting sick. i told myself to go back to the basic rule and start over. i am scared that i am undoing all of the good that i have done getting more fearfull everyday, wendy
ps.. any good doc here in greenbay, wi that you know of?

yes my sister Debra is very jealous and she hardly ever talks like we used to.She is 700 miles from me now and that is fine with me......steve c

Hi everyone, I havn't used this medium in a long time. It's nice to be able to communicate with peers every now and then. I have lost over a 100 pound--114 plus or minus, and found out that it's still a struggle to maintain the sleek figure. In anycase, I'm doing well especially since loosing my father in January of this year. Please check out my site for post surgery advise and all. I have had a surgical histerectomy since bariatrick and doing MARVELOUS.Talk to you all soon. Ms Maureen
