Welcome Home Lorraine.
So Sorry for your loss. Please extend my condolences to your boyfriend. I still have both of my parents. My dad is 77 and my mom will be 71 next month so I have not had to cross that valley yet.
Food logs are so hard but I am mostly tallying things in my head. I have 25 to lose and I think a 6 month time frame is reasonable.

Ok. well I was pretty strict this week and the scales held strong. I am dissapointed but I am not defeated. Another weeks looms ahead of me and I will continue to make healthy choices! After all, I have already lost an entire person. The next 25 may be the most difficult but I am giving myself 6 months to do it in.

Hi there Lisa, I am just back from Jamaica and we had a great time. By the time we reached the Airport in Montego Bay we got a phone call informing us that my boyfriends Mom had passed away. She was in Hospice and sick for years. We just did not expect it until after the holidays.We remained there and we are now home making funeral arrangements. The place we stayed in was All Inclusive and I did behave myself with my food choices.
I will keep you posted on my weight loss. I don't really keep food logs, but I will be real good to take off this 10 pounds I gained.

I did okay today.....
B: protein drink, 1 egg, 1/2 c. grits
L: Southbeach diet meal
S. Pork riblet, 1/4 c. corn, 2 mozarella cheese sticks
snack today: dried cranberries with peanuts
tonight: 1 Banana
4 bottles of water...alot of coffee and 1 glass of tea,
I think I did ok.
What about ya'll?

Did well today I think. I ate three meals no snacks took my supplements and drank my water..........WooooooooooHOOOOOOOOOOO!

Sundays are perfect. I am ready to get to my own goal of 130 lbs. I am now at 153 on my scales so that's 23 I would like to lose.

Okay, It's Monday, I am going to be accountable for everything I do if possible daily with you guys. This is my plan!
1. Centrum Silver twice daily.
2. Calcium Supplement twice daily.
3. 60 Grams Protein Daily.
4. NO LESS than 64oz. water daily
5. Knock off the junk food and the nervous snacking. When I want to put a Cheese-it in my mouth I will grab water instead.
