Topic: Happy Mothers Day to all.
Hi there and Happy Friday to all.
I want to take the time to wish all the Mothers a "Happy Mothers Day" If you are not a mom and have one please enjoy some time with her. My daughter moved out on March 15th and has not talked to me.I feel so bad,. I keep thinking 
Where have I gone wrong. She began to really change about one year ago. I don't have any 
what is wrong with her. She had gastric bypass in the year 2000, never got to goal and has pretty much gained it back. I am sure she is sad. I hope to at least get a phone call from her, but I won't count on it.

I am so so so excited that you got your approval. 
I am 6 weeks post LBL to the tune of $10,989 and while it was worth every penny, it would have been great to have insurance cover it and spend the $$$$$$ on something else.
My breast lift is scheduled for June 1st. Tyring to decide on implants or not. With implants it is $9300, without around $5500. My poor boobies point straight to the floor and I can roll them into a C cup 
Can't wait for perky ones, although they may end up awfully small without the implants.
Please keep us updated and CONGRATULATIONS again 
This will be the "iceing on the cake" for you!!

Karie, Hi there and congradulations to you. I am supposed to have my veins done in my leg, but after the summer. I had 2 vein ligations and now with the weight loss it looks worse. I will think of plastic surgery maybe next year.I would also love to fix those hanging little flowers I got in front of me 
. I don't have any breasts left.

Hello....
Well I am amazed I was approved for my TT by insurance. I just opened the letter yesterday and I can't believe it. I won't have it done until August. I do not want to ruin my summer with being out of commission so I will wait til the end so I can still do things this summer.
If I can get the funds together they will do the breast too....however I am just thrilled to get the TT at this point.

If you are thinking of getting that bike......GO FOR IT. What a great feeling for me to be on that boardwalk, watching the ocean and riding.

I have been thinking about getting a bike. I'd love to get in shape for one of those really long rides, but it would also be fun just to ride for a bit of exercise.
I am doing just dandy Now 6 weeks post LBL and almost back to my old, well-new and improved-self. I still cant bend over 100% but feel great and my results have been fantastic. I have tons of housework to do...all the deep cleaning stuff that has been put off while I was on restrictions. Hopefully this weekend I will get to it.
I am holding steady at 118-119 depending on the day. Never in my life would I have imagined that I would be this size and feel so much better. Like you, I could not even walk through the grocery store wothout being in pain before WLS. My body was not built to hold 245lbs.

My baby is doing well. She took 5 steps without a walker, and climbed three stairs at her p/t class. I will be going over on Friday.
It is wonderful to be able to do things I couldn't before the surgery. The best is fitting in chairs, not looking at weight limits for things, buying clothes that don't look like bags.

Nona, I am so happy you can mow your lawn and enjoy it. Do you care to come to NY and do mine. Isn't life grand? The normal things we could not enjoy before we are doing now like nothing.
How is your daughter doing. I say a prayer for her everyday.
