Long Time
Hi there and welcome back wave: I have lost 115 pds and have held steady since I hit my "GOAL" I started at 245 lbs and got to a low of 130 lbs which at 5ft6 was a bit too thin. I am up 10 down 10,but holding steading at about 140 lbs. I seem to stay there. My eating has gotten better but still there are many things I can't eat. I am happy you are back. I hope whether you gain or lose you hang in there with us ok.
Welcome again

Hi sweetie! I was wondering where you went. We have lost so many on this board, it's good to see you back. Yes, I gained about 10lbs and can't get it off and am struggling not to gain any more. I'm hoping that now that my health has improved, I can get to more walking and get some of it back off. Keep at it, little one, and you'll get it back off.

Well I have gained but only because I am 30 wks pregnant. SO I am not sure what would have happened otherwise.
I lost a LOT slower than everyone else and didn't get to my own personal goal of 140 at 19 months post op. I started at 249 day of surgery but had been as high as 265 in Oct/Nov before surgery end of Dec.
May of 2005 I was around 145 and not really doing anything to lose weight but over the summer I dropped the last 5 or so and actually saw 138 a few times before I got pregnant end of Aug/beginning of Sept.
NOW my fear is losing the baby weight I have a feeling I will be up 40 lbs before it comes out end of May. MOST of the preggers post op surgery girls haven't gained byt 10 lbs for their pg. But I pretty much eat every few hours and whatever I want....so I can't complain with the results.
I just hope I haven't sabotaged myself for after the baby. I hope to breastfeed and I know that will burn a lot of calories but then when that is over...can I can maintain?!? Plus I plan to try for Baby #2 when this one is about 1 yr old. I have a feeling it will be 2+ yrs before I am back into my skinny clothes. IF I can get back down to 140.
I just need to lay off the JUNK and sweets I have been craving and giving into.
